- Add the desired items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout, where you can review your cart, select a delivery time slot (such as 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.), and choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order to complete the process.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your order at the time when our customer support team calls you or texts you for your order confirmation. You can also do this before by connecting with our support team. However, after the order confirmation by our team, you may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Your order will be delivered in the given time slot. You can view your delivery time in the Orders section. If your order is out for delivery, you can see our delivery partner's name and mobile number, so you can connect with them directly for real-time tracking of your order. Please always be available at the time of delivery, and if our delivery partner needs any help to reach you, please be polite and assist them.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real-time:
- Go to "My Orders" in the app.
- Select the order to view its current status (e.g., preparing, out for delivery).
7. What is the return policy?
We always provide open delivery of all items, so check every item before accepting the order. After accepting the order, we can't provide returns or refunds. However, mistakes can happen. To help our customers better, if you receive an expired or incorrect item, you can request a replacement for that item (for more details, see our terms and conditions):
- Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order details and a photo and video of the item (if applicable).
- Returns are subject to review, and eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
