These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities while using our platform. By accessing or using DeliWish, you agree to these terms. About DeliWish DeliWish is an online grocery delivery service designed to make your shopping experience seamless and hassle-free. Unlike instant delivery services, we operate on a scheduled delivery model, ensuring fresh and carefully sourced products are delivered to you at predefined time slots. Our mission is to offer high-quality groceries at affordable prices while maintaining efficiency and reliability in our service. 2. User Accounts & Responsibilities • To place orders, users must create an account with accurate personal details such as name, phone number, delivery address, and payment information. • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and should not share their account details with anyone. • Any unauthorized activity on your account should be reported to us immediately at support@deliwish.com to prevent misuse. • DeliWish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activities, misuse, or violation of these terms. • Users must ensure that the information provided is accurate and updated to avoid any delivery issues. • By using DeliWish, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data. 3. Service Availability & Delivery Policy • We currently operate in Kishangarh city, Ajmer, Rajasthan, with plans to expand. • Deliveries are scheduled during predefined time slots: Early Morning, Afternoon, and Early Evening. Additional slots may be introduced based on demand. • Customers can place orders anytime, but deliveries will only be fulfilled within the selected time slots. • Users must be available to receive their orders during the scheduled time. If an order is not received due to unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. • If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, DeliWish will attempt one additional delivery attempt before canceling the order. 4. Order Placement, Modification & Cancellation • Orders can be placed through the DeliWish app. • Once an order is confirmed, modifications cannot be made. Cancellation requests may be accepted if placed before processing begins. • If an order is canceled after processing, refund eligibility will depend on the type of products purchased (see Refund Policy below). • In rare cases, DeliWish may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a full refund in such cases. 5. Product Quality, Returns & Refunds • DeliWish is committed to delivering fresh and high-quality products. We carefully source and handle all items to ensure customer satisfaction. • If a customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory item, they must report it within 24 hours with photographic or video proof. • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 working days based on the validity of the claim. • Perishable items (such as milk, fresh vegetables, and dairy products) are non-returnable unless defective at the time of delivery. • Non-perishable items may be eligible for returns if unused and in original packaging. • DeliWish reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the required conditions. 6. Pricing, Payments & Discounts • The prices listed on the DeliWish platform are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes. • Prices may change due to market fluctuations, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. • Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash-on-delivery (COD). DeliWish may add or remove payment options at its discretion. • Discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers may have specific terms and conditions attached. Misuse of promotions or unauthorized duplication of coupons may lead to order cancellation or account suspension. 7. Subscription Services (If Applicable) • Users subscribing to recurring deliveries will be billed according to their chosen plan. • Subscription modifications, pauses, or cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges. • DeliWish reserves the right to revise subscription pricing and benefits with prior notice. 8.   4. Confirm your order to complete the process.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order at the time when our customer support team calls you or texts you for your order confirmation. You can also do this before by connecting with our support team. However, after the order confirmation by our team, you may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Your order will be delivered in the given time slot. You can view your delivery time in the Orders section. If your order is out for delivery, you can see our delivery partner's name and mobile number, so you can connect with them directly for real-time tracking of your order. Please always be available at the time of delivery, and if our delivery partner needs any help to reach you, please be polite and assist them.

6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real-time:

  1. Go to "My Orders" in the app.
  2. Select the order to view its current status (e.g., preparing, out for delivery).
7. What is the return policy?

We always provide open delivery of all items, so check every item before accepting the order. After accepting the order, we can't provide returns or refunds. However, mistakes can happen. To help our customers better, if you receive an expired or incorrect item, you can request a replacement for that item (for more details, see our terms and conditions):

  • Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order details and a photo and video of the item (if applicable).
  • Returns are subject to review, and eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
8. What if an item is out of stock?

If an item in your order is out of stock:
